Turbo Editor Developers Team... ...is informal group of developers from all parts of the world who are testing program, translating online documentation and user interface and developing XTras, third party plug-ins, which are making Turbo Editor so widely opened to people with specific needs in text editing. By joining Turbo Editor Developers Team you are licensed to develop Approved XTras as a Turbo Editor Approved Partner, market them through Turbo Editor Home Page and sell them to end users through Your selling network or through Turbo Editor XTra Library. What are XTras? Like some "big" programs, QuarkXPress, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Freehand and other, Turbo Editor offers some kind of "open architecture" to third party developers allowing them to develop XTras which are, in few words, extensions to Turbo Editor. By keeping in mind few restrictions and rules You can produce software which will integrate with Turbo Editor through Turbo Editor XTra Engine and let users extent functionality of Turbo Editor with Your specific functions not available in Turbo Editor or with existing functions but with wider or better functionality. How can You develop XTra? As pointed above, there are just few rules and restrictions that You must keep in mind when developing XTra. In fact, programming XTra is not much different than programming just a usual Windows application. Of course, some rules are defined by Turbo Editor XTra Engine.
