XTras
Each question in abc.test can have its own picture. If this built-in functionality is not sufficient for your particular purpose, you can easily extend existing functionality by writing PlugIns - XTras. Programming basic XTra involves only basic knowledge of Windows environment and any programming language.
When you download abc.test, check out XTras folder under folder where abc.test is installed. There, you will find sample XTra with basic functionality along with brief explanation of how to make XTras.
With XTras it is possible to extend functionality of abc.test by displaying video or playing sound clips with questions, running animations or simulations, displaying diagrams and schemes... in fact, whatever you can imagine, because XTra is Windows® application and can perform any action performed by any other Windows® application.
