Can I use abc.test for tests that are not computers-related?
Yes. abc.test can be used for test related to any subject: geography, biology, computers, programming, music, history...
I need pictures to be shown along with questions. Is it possible?
Yes. Each question can have its own picture. When saving test with maker, all pictures are collected to a single folder, making it easy to copy tests with pictures to other computers.
Is there any easier way of creating test than hard-coding in Notepad?
Yes. maker utility (included in package) lets you easily create test. maker is powerful utility with friendly user interface. Enter questions, enter answers, choose pictures... maker will do the rest.

I want to rename test. What will happen with pictures?
Open test with maker. Use Save As command button and save it with different name. All relative paths within test will be updated and pictures will be copied to new folder.
Test is finished. Report is printed. What about statistics?
Information is saved in xxx.log file in the application folder (xxx equals to user_name test_date test_time, e.g. tores software 053000 120005.log). Use log to collect all log files and export them to a single Microsoft Excel Workbook. Using Microsoft Excel you can create any type of charts and reports, export data to Microsoft Access format and more...
What are User code and Test code?
User code and Test code are information for scool/training center internal use. Probably, you are keeping tracks about courses and test with some kind of codes and about students with some kind of their personal numbers (or codes). You can use Test code and User code to maintain statistics.
Is it possible to prevent user to start other application during test?
abc.test disables all other Windows applications while running. Users can not start any other application and can not see any other window except abc.test.
What are XTras?
XTras are PlugIns that you can easily create using any programming language. With XTras you can extend the functionality of abc.test by running simulations that will further explain questions, showing video clips or playing sounds. See XTras section for more details on this topic.
How do I replace default logo displayed on the top of main window?
After registering abc.test you will be able to replace default image with your own or to remove it completely. Just create image you want to display and save it as logo.bmp in abc.test folder.
